  • The property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death resulting from use of the ladder.

  • Minimum rental age: 25 years.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home (including e-cigarettes). Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor deck. A $500 fine applies for smoking inside.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am.
  • Fireworks are not permitted.
  • You must e-sign and return a written rental agreement after booking.
  • A security camera is installed on the exterior of the house pointed at the driveway. Cameras are not present in any living areas.
  • Minut smart home technology is used to measure noise levels and ensure quiet hours compliance. Minut does not record conversations and is required at this property.
  • Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during occupancy. The tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.

  • Hot tub access is included for peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, an optional $195 setup fee applies. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
